Bernt f967d1a810 feat: Add Ledger Accounts table to DashboardPage ...

- Add ledgerAccounts state with LedgerAccount type
- Fetch accounts from ledgerApi.accounts()
- Add table with Code, Name, Type, Balance columns
- Color-code positive/negative balances
- Build passes successfully
