Bangkok Zoomer Recruitment

Overview

Goal: Recruit 3 Zoomers for Bangkok field test
Timeline: 2 weeks
Budget: 15,000 THB per Zoomer (5,000 THB signup bonus + 10,000 THB for test period)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam areas)

Recruitment Channels

1. University Partnerships

Target: Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University
Approach:

• Contact student organizations
• Post on university job boards
• Offer internship credits

Message:

Earn 15,000 THB helping map Bangkok's infrastructure!

QUIXZOOM is looking for 3 students to help document
street infrastructure (lamps, signs, manholes) using
our iPhone app.

Requirements:
- iPhone 12 or newer
- Available 10 hours/week for 2 weeks
- Comfortable walking 5-10 km/day
- Attention to detail

2. Gig Economy Platforms

Target: Line Man, Grab, Foodpanda drivers
Approach:

• Post on Facebook groups
• Partner with delivery platforms
• Offer flexible hours

Advantage: Already comfortable with mobile apps and navigation

3. Local Communities

Target: Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam residents
Approach:

• Post in local Facebook groups
• Partner with condo management
• Word of mouth

Selection Criteria

Required

• iPhone 12 or newer
• Valid Thai ID
• Bank account for payment
• Available 10 hours/week
• Comfortable with technology

Preferred

• Photography experience
• Familiar with Bangkok streets
• Previous gig work experience
• Attention to detail

Onboarding Process

Day 1: Welcome & Setup

• Sign contract
• Install QUIXZOOM app
• Complete Level 1 training (10 min)
• Test capture (5 photos)
• Receive equipment (if any)

Day 2-3: Quality Test

• Complete Level 2 training
• Capture 20 test objects
• Review results with coordinator
• Get feedback

Day 4-14: Guided Missions

• Receive daily missions
• Capture with AI guidance
• Upload observations
• Daily check-in with coordinator

Compensation

Signup Bonus

• Amount: 5,000 THB
• Paid: After completing Level 2

Per Observation

• Base rate: 2-15 THB per observation
• Bonus: Quality multiplier (up to 2x)
• Payment: Weekly via bank transfer
