## The Five Criteria

## Blink Test

**Show the dashboard to someone for 3 seconds.**
**Close the image. Ask:**

1. What was it about?
2. What was most important?
3. What would you do now?

**Pass:** Answers are consistent across users.
**Fail:** Answers vary — information hierarchy is unclear.

## Information-to-Decision Ratio

**Question:** How many information objects must the user read to make their first decision?
