<p><strong>Notice of changes:</strong> Customers operating under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Landvex will receive at least 30 days' prior notice of any material changes to this register. <h2>Definitions</h2>
<p><strong>Sub-processor</strong> means any third party engaged by Landvex to process personal data on behalf of Landvex's customers in connection with the provision of Landvex services.</p>
<p><strong>EU SCCs</strong> means the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data to third countries (2021 version), including relevant modules and supplementary measures.</p>
